DR. TIM HUBBARD
Chiropractor, Owner

Practice Established 2000
Dr. Hubbard opened his practice in Sherwood, OR January of 2000. Prior to this, he originated in Minnesota where he met his wife, Carla Hubbard at Moorhead State University. They have four children, Zachary, Ashton. Alexandra and Taylor.
All four children graduated from Sherwood High School. During their education at Sherwood, they participated in various sports and activities. This is brought an interest for Dr. Hubbard to support the Sherwood Booster Club and assist in injury care for athletes since 2000.
Dr. Hubbard is still actively working on sports injury cases, motor vehicle, workers comp and all injuries from daily activities.
In his free time, Dr. Hubbard enjoys doing projects around his home in Lincoln, City, spending time with family, dog Zeb and keeping up with the latest medical services that could be beneficial to his clients.
DEANNA
Office Manager, Insurance Specialist
Deanna joined our Chiropractic Team back in 2010.
She originally went to P.C.C. after high school and received her Certificate in Medical Transcription,
but circumstances in her life led her in other directions.
She is currently our Office Manager / Scheduling Coordinator / and Billing Specialist.
In her free time, she loves to garden, raises African Violets, and camping along the Oregon Coast
with her husband, family and friends. She has 1 dog and 2 cats; Stella, Tiger Lily, & Pepper.
ZEB HUBBARD
Office dog, receptionist
A positive attitude goes a long way with Zeb. He will greet you and often times check on you during your appointments. He started his office duties in 2015.
