HOW DOES MLS LASER THERAPY WORK?
The MLS Laser uses specific synchronized wavelengths of light that quickly reduces pain and inflammation in acute and chronic areas, and in some cases permanently relieves pain after a series of treatments*. The Laser light painlessly penetrates up to 2 1/2 inches deep into the soft tissue, and generates no heat to the skin or touch. There are no known side effects. Laser therapy is cleared by the FDA and is safe and effective. Light energy enters through the tissue to the cells and stimulated their activity. This reduces pain in the area and helps to speed up recovery of the damaged cells. The process accelerates the body’s natural healing process with the laser as a target to penetrate directly to the point of the body that needs direct attention.
MLSÂ LASER HISTORY
With the establishment of LPRC’s in 2017, we have treated patients from xx years old well into their xxx years who have had both acute (short-term) injuries and chronic (existing, long-standing) conditions.  Dr. Timothy Hubbard, D.C. first started his practice which focused on the holistic approach of chiropractic medicine in 2000, Sherwood Chiropractic and Rehab Center, in Sherwood, Oregon. Through his xxx years of experience working in the rehabilitation field focused on the structural alignment of the neck and spine, he is excited about this new approach to helping people heal from the inside out, a more natural and functional way than through the traditional western medicine approach to health care. Though lasers have been used by doctors for 35+ years, our Class IV MLS Laser is a state-of-the-art breakthrough in restoring patient mobility, comfort, and ultimately improving quality of life.
